All purchases made through our store are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Order Responsibility

Please review all product details, descriptions, and shipping times carefully before placing your order. Once payment has been submitted, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays

  • Personal preference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved, a replacement may be provided at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
